Carpaccio of Beetroot

Beetroot Carpaccio. Roast beetroot, green asparagus, rocket, watercress, honey lime dressing, balsamic reduction, tempe crumble, shaved parmesan cheese.

Bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan

60 gr Roast beetroot

30 gr Blanch green asparagus

10 gr Rocket leaf

10 gr Watercress

10 gr Tempe crushed

10 gr Shaved parmesan cheese

5 ml Olive oil

25 ml Honey lime dressing

15 ml Balsamic reduction

Salt to taste

Langkah-langkah

1 Arrange on plate slice roasted beetroot.

2 Toss green asparagus, rocket and watercress with olive oil and salt.

3 Put the toss green on the top of slice beetroot, pour honey lime dressing and balsamic reduction. Topped with shaved parmesan cheese and Tempe crumble.

4 How to make Honey lime dressing: in a mixing bowl, add 30 ml honey, 30 ml lime juice, 30 ml salad oil, mixed well season with salt and black pepper crushed.
