Croquette

Bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan
2 big Potatoes
250 ml Water
500 ml Milk
2 tbsp Corn starch
3 Egg (1 egg for puree and 2 egg for coating)
1 fine chop Onion
2 fine chop Garlic
1 steam shredded Scallion
1 steam shredded Celery
2 tbs Chicken powder
1/2 tbs Salt
1 tsp Pepper
350 gr Bread crumbs
Vegetables oil for sauteing and frying
Langkah-langkah
1 Boiled potatoes with a mixture of milk and water. Let it soft and the liquid dry slightly. Remove the potatoes, then make puree.
2 Sauted onion and garlic until fragrant and lightly browned. Put it in the puree.
3 Added corn starch, egg, salt, pepper, scallion, celery, and chicken powder. Stir well and set aside.
4 Round the puree until the dough runs out and set aside. Beat eggs.
5 Put the round pureed into the egg and then coat it with bread crumbs.
6 Heat the pan, pour oil. Fry the round croquettes until brown. Remove and drain.
7 Ready to be served. Can be eaten with chili sauce, tomato sauce, cheese sauce, or mayonnaise.
