Kakap Fillet with Pepes Tahu

Kakap Fillet with Pepes Tahu by Chef Nistia Indriyani (Portable). Hidangan ini didemokan saat Chef Expo 2019.

Bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan

180 gr Red snapper

300 gr Yellow tofu

2 pcs White egg

1 pcs Red chili

10 sheet Basil leaves

1 tsp Yellow seasoning Kokita

1 tsp Chicken Knoor

1 tsp White papper

2 Sheet Banana leaves

1 tsp Tument powder

1 stick Leek

Langkah-langkah

1 Fillet and seared red snapper.

2 Cutting and puree yellow tofu.

3 Mix white egg with tofu.

4 Chopped red chili.

5 Mix basil leaves with tofu and garnish.

6 Seasoning chicken knoor.

7 Seasoning white papper.

8 Wrap banana leaves with the tofu.

9 Chopped leek

10 Method pepes tofu:

11 Mannated red snapper and then pan seared.

12 The yellow tofu cutting and puree.

13 Until smooth and mix with all ingredients.

14 Excent red snapper.
