Lamb Rack 2 Bones Tossed with Mint Black Pepper Gravy

350 gr Lamb Racks 2 bones
20 gr baby corn
20 gr baby carrot
20 gr asparagus
80 gr gratine Potatoes (cream, cheese, onion and potatoes)
30 gr cooking oil
5 gr garlic (chopped)
10 gr dijon mustard
40 gr Black pepper gravy
5 gr mint jelly
Salt & pepper as a needed
Langkah-langkah
1 Marinated Lamb with mustard, chopped garlic and salt, pepper.
2 Heat a grill add cooking oil and ready to grill lamb rack till tender.
3 Make gratine Potatoes.
4 Blunched vegetables and sautee with garlic, salt, pepper.
5 Make a black pepper gravy toosed with mint jelly.
6 Prepare serving plate and ready to serve as a standard presentation.
