Omelette Canape

Mini portion of omelete on the top of tiny cut of toast.

Bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan

Egg

Onion

Tomato

Bell peper

Toast bread

Butter

Salt and peper

Cheese

Langkah-langkah

1 Break 2 pcs of eggs, and whisk them well

2 Add salt and peper on it

3 Cut all the vegetable to small dice cut

4 Melt the butter, and put the vegetable

5 After the vegetable cooked , put the egg

6 Put cheese on it, and make it to half moon shape

7 Spread the bread with butter then toast it till golden brown

8 Cut the egg and the toast to square shape, and arange it nicely

9 Then serve it, can be serve with hot sauce or mild tomato sauce
