Tambusan Ulam Bawi Sambal Kecicang

NON HALAL FOOD.

Bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan

200 gr Pork Belly

200 gr Cassava leaf (boiled)

40 gr Shallots sliced

15 gr Garlic sliced

10 gr Hot chili slice

5 gr Shrimp paste

20 gr Lemon grass

80 ml Coconut oil

20 gr Salt 20 (15gr for boiling water)

5 gr Kapur sirih

Sambal Kecicang:

2 pcs Kecicang/tourch ginger flower (sliced and fried)

100 gr Fried shallots

50 gr Fried garlic

80 gr Fried chili

10 gr Fried shrimp paste

5 gr Salt

2 pcs Limo jus

100 ml Coconut oil

Tossed together and season for taste

Langkah-langkah

1 Boiled cassava leaf with kapur sirih and salt for about 10 minutes.

2 Fried the skin until golden brown than boiled again for about 5 minutes.

3 Prepared banana leaf.

4 Set pork belly in the bottom, than topping with cassava leaf mixture.

5 Springkled with lemongrass than wrappen with banana leaf.

6 Baked in slow fire for about 15 minutes.

7 Tambusan ready to served.
