Tuna Panggang Sambal Matah Bongkot | Grilled Tuna Lemongrass Sambal

Traditional Seafood of Indonesia can be cooked with different modern style method of cooking as we knows part of Bali island has a lot spices and herb to combined any kind of Fish, Squid, Prawn etc as appetizer will be mouthwatering your mood.

Bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan

200 gr Tuna Fish Fillet

50 ml Coconut Oil

70 gr Shallot

30 gr Red Chili

30 gr Hot Chili

5 gr Ebi shrimp paste

5 gr Lime kafir

30 gr Lemongrass | Bongkot

3 tbs Salt

Langkah-langkah

1 Marinated Tuna Fish with il and seasoning blackpepper crust.

2 Prepare the sambal bongkot | lemongrass paste then keep aside.

3 Prepare to grilled Tuna fish and mark on half cooked medium well.

4 Cutting the tuna as dice or by your style need the continue tossed with Sambals.

5 Ready to serve and platting according to the pictures.

6 You can add some cracker or sprout as the underliner to making nice and chery tomato for acid garish instead of lime or fresh lemon.
