Indonesian Chef Association Gathering 2018 at Alaya Resort Ubud

Bali, June, 2018 – Alaya Resort Ubud proudly hosted an exclusive gathering for the Indonesian Chef Association (ICA) on 29th June 2018 at Manisan Bali. This highly-anticipated monthly event is typically held in lifestyle locations such as Kuta and Nusa Dua. However, this time around the ICA executive committee decided to bring the gathering to Ubud in an attempt to entice more local chefs to join the organisation.

The event was attended by more than 100 participants including hotel chefs and culinary experts from around Bali. It was led by Chef Henry Alexie Bloem, current President of ICA and Food & Beverage Advisor for Alaya Hotels & Resorts.

ICA is a respected society for professional chefs and those involved in today’s highly competitive culinary sector. Through the association, local chefs and culinary practitioners can regularly network, share information and pass on knowledge about everything relating to good food.
